• A Lifelong Passion: As a child, I always preferred my trusted childhood teddy bears to dolls—and those very same bears still hold pride of place in my personal collection today. 
• The Spark: My journey as an artist began in 1997. After purchasing my first collector’s magazine and artist bear at a local shop, I fell completely in love with the craft and began experimenting with my own patterns. 
• Going Professional: By the end of 1998, that very same local shop began stocking my original creations. Over the years, my hobby evolved into an award-winning passion. 

• A Meditative Craft: For me, stitching and sculpting these tiny animals is a peaceful form of meditation. Each bear is infused with immense patience, love, and quiet devotion. 
• Whimsical Inspiration: My designs are heavily influenced by a love of gardening, folklore, faeries, and elves, giving Pipkins Bears their signature enchanting look and distinct, big, soulful eyes. 
• More Than Just Bears: While miniature teddy bears are my specialty, I also joyfully sculpt an array of other miniature wildlife, including pandas, foxes, and hedgehogs. 

• Luxury Materials: I source only the finest traditional mohair, alpaca, and premium glass eyes.
• Trademark Embellishments: My works are instantly recognizable by their custom beadwork, intricate embroidery, genuine Swarovski crystals, and luxury pure silk ribbons.
• Advanced Sculpting: Every face is individually brought to life using precise needle sculpting, scissor sculpting, and subtle hand shading to give them a one-of-a-kind expression. 

Today, my limited-edition and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) bears can be found via online exhibitions, Tedsby, and right here on my official store. We also exhibit at Hugglets Teddy Bear Festivals, the UK’s premier organizer of teddy bear fairs, festivals, and collector resources.
